This time of year, while generally so festive and full of great cheer, has one tiny little drawback: we kind of end up gorging for about six weeks straight. Starting with Thanksgiving and heading all the way through New Year's, we have family gatherings, office parties, holiday parties, kids parties, and lots of leftovers all in between, which means come January 2nd we might not exactly be in our highest forms.
