Winter Pop

Get Ready

Dress A-Cord-ingly

Corduroy has already got its game going on in the pants department.  There are few if any of us who do not have at least one pair of them that we break out each year when the thermometer outside begins to drop.  But where cords have not seized the market is in shirts.  There was was a time about 15 years ago when this might not have been the case.  In the 90's, a boxy button down was the standard uniform, especially when it came to various alternate cotton fabrics, such as denim and cord.  Fast forward to now and perhaps we should have anticipated it - denim shirts have already come back and are going strong.  It is only natural that corduroy wales should follow in their wake. Thick, warm, looking a little like a stylish lumberjack (isn't that how everyone essentially dresses now anyways?) - what's not to love?
